M.M is a 59 years old Uzbek woman, who suffered slipped and fell on the wet floor while waiting for the elevator in her apartment building. L.M, a Russian-speaking woman tripped and fell on a defective sidewalk near Grand Central Station in New York City, on her way to dance class at Sport Dance Studio.
