Bellman Receives $450,000 Settlement after Falling at Work

C.H a 53 year old hotel bellman injured his shoulder when his leg got caught in a hole in the luggage storage room undergoing renovations. C.H sought advice from his workers’ compensation attorney as to whether he would be able to obtain compensation for his pain and suffering for his matter. Fall Over a Curb Resulted In $140,000 Settlement Agreement

R.R is a retired Russian-speaking bookkeeper who enjoyed spending her winters on the beaches of Florida. Upon arrival back to New York in Spring of 2015, she went for an annual car check-up at her dealership,  and ended up tripping and falling over a curb inside the service area. A.H., a Department of Sanitation employee living in Staten Island, suffered back injuries following a fall at a Department of Sanitation garage. A.H. was coming back from fueling his truck, when he was tripped up by a section of the garage which had a defective floor.

Sanitation Worker Well-Compensated for His Fall In A Parking Lot

A 43 year old sanitation worker fell in a pothole on a sanitation parking lot. After the fall his co-worker drove him to the hospital. Doctors at the hospital told him that he had right knee and right shoulder injuries. Ecuadorian Delivery Man Flips over Bike Hurting His Wrist, Nose and Neck Due To Ongoing Construction

LC was on a food delivery for his boss, on his bike when his front wheel dipped into a hole on the street flipping him over the handle bars injuring his wrist, nose and neck. LC’s job included deliveries, helping in the kitchen, and a full schedule of physical activity but due to his accident he can no longer work.

Staten Island Child Receives Settlement From City Of New York Following A Trip and Fall During Recess At Public School
