Construction Worker Injured By Falling Brace from Concrete Form

Pedro Gonzalez, a middle-aged construction worker, was employed through a union to work on a building foundation. Concrete was poured and Mr. Gonzalez returned the following day with his foreman and additional workers, to remove the forms used to hold the concrete in place. As Mr. Gonzalez was working along, his foreman shook a form loose, causing the bracket holding it up to fall over and hit Mr. Gonzalez. He suffered neck injuries with a herniated disc.

Ukrainian Electrician Changed Attorneys and Receives $500, 000 Settlement After Being Struck By A Car

On the day after a snowstorm, a 56 year old electrician from Ukraine drove to the scene of an accident involving his daughter. After V.B parked, he was struck suddenly by a car and knocked unconscious. V.B suffered a brain bleed. V. B hired an attorney, but then without his consent his file was transferred to another attorney. The new attorney was unresponsive to calls and emails from V.B and his daughter. V.B thought that the attorney had abandoned his case and he sought new council. Thankfully, he was introduced to Hill & Moin, LLP.

Senior Citizen Trips and Falls over a Broken Sidewalk in Queens and Receives Six Figure Settlement

M.G., an elderly Queens resident, was injured after tripping and falling on a defective sidewalk in Bayside, Queens. M.G. was on his way home from picking up dry cleaning, and while walking made contact with the broken edge of a sidewalk, causing him to fall forward. The fall resulted in a fractured nose,fractured finger and concussion.
