Senior Citizen Trips and Falls over a Broken Sidewalk in Queens and Receives Six Figure Settlement

M.G., an elderly Queens resident, was injured after tripping and falling on a defective sidewalk in Bayside, Queens. M.G. was on his way home from picking up dry cleaning, and while walking made contact with the broken edge of a sidewalk, causing him to fall forward.
