Passenger in Yellow Cab Receives Settlement Due To Back Injuries Suffered in Crash

Following a night out with her friends, Ms. Rodriguez, a freelance fashion designer, was traveling home in a yellow cab when the driver of her taxi collided with another motor vehicle. She suffered a variety of soft tissue injuries in addition to: a torn shoulder ligament; a cervical herniated disk; chipped front teeth and damage to her knee. Due to the severity of the collision, an ambulance was called to the scene and Ms. Rodriguez was transported to the hospital, where she received immediate medical attention.
