Prompt Settlement Reached for Pedestrian Struck While Crossing Street in Brooklyn

Adrian Gibbs, a 33-year-old Brooklyn resident, was crossing the street with his 3-year-old daughter when he was hit by a vehicle making a left turn. Luckily, his daughter did not have major injuries but he suffered disc herniations in his upper back and internal derangement of his left knee, which required surgery.

New York Homemaker Rammed in T-bone Collision

Alayne M., a homemaker and grandmother from Westchester County, was seriously injured when her car was rammed in a T-bone collision. Her diabetes made her surgery and recovery more difficult.
