Retired Hotel Worker Receives Excellent Settlement for Slip and Fall on Ice in the Bronx

C.S., a 79-year-old Bronx resident and widow, was doing an errand when she slipped and fell on ice in front of a pharmacy. She fractured her left arm and required surgery. Being retired and trying to enjoy her life after so many years working, C.S. was very frustrated. After being notified that she needed surgery she called Hill & Moin, LLP immediately. Manhattan Professional Thrilled with Fast Settlement Only Months After Motor Vehicle Accident

J.J., a 30-year-old Manhattan resident, was riding in the back of a taxi cab on Park Avenue when an oncoming car ran a light and struck his cab. On impact, J.J. was slammed into the partition and suffered a broken nose. He ultimately underwent surgery.
