R.G, an immigrant from the Ukraine, working as a yellow taxi driver was injured while driving on Madison Avenue hoping to pick-up passengers. Immediately after the traffic light turned green, R.G. having the right of way, began to drive through the intersection. R.G.’s yellow taxi was struck by a truck driver who disregarded his red light traffic signal and barreled into the intersection, injuring R.G.

Bronx Resident Recovers $787,500 for Injuries Sustained in Car Accident

Manhattan Professional Thrilled with Fast Settlement Only Months After Motor Vehicle Accident

Manhattan Accident Victim with his LawyersJ.J., a 30-year-old Manhattan resident, was riding in the back of a taxi cab on Park Avenue when an oncoming car ran a light and struck his cab. On impact, J.J. was slammed into the partition and suffered a broken nose. He ultimately underwent surgery.
