February 13th, 2019
R.G, an immigrant from the Ukraine, working as a yellow taxi driver was injured while driving on Madison Avenue hoping to pick-up passengers. Immediately after the traffic light turned green, R.G. having the right of way, began to drive through the intersection. R.G.’s yellow taxi was struck by a truck driver who disregarded his red light traffic signal and barreled into the intersection, injuring R.G.
As a result of this accident, R.G. suffered a rotator cuff tear and torn meniscus in his knee. R.G., with the help of another attorney, contacted Hill & Moin to help represent him for his past and future pain and suffering. The attorneys of Hill & Moin litigated fiercely for R.G. and obtained a $500,000 settlement for him. He was astonished at the settlement. He was particularly appreciative of the entire staff’s calm attention to detail during the entire course of his case.
