As Ms. D walked through the store, she slipped and fell on oil, which had been dropped and not properly attended by store employees. C.D. grabbed onto a cart in front of her so she would not fall to the ground, but still suffered an injury of the left knee, which would require an ACL Reconstruction surgery.

Russian Worker Falls from Ladder And Is Thankful For $275,000 Settlement After Changing Attorneys

Y.B., a middle aged Russian Construction worker, was installing HVAC piping with a contracting company on the renovation project in Times Square. Mr. Belik’s ladder slipped on an uneven tile floor, causing him to fall and he fractured his wrist.

76 Year Old Russian Woman Injured During Blackout Caused by Storm at Camp for World War II Survivors in Upstate New York

R.A., a 76 year old Russian woman, and World War II survivor, was spending time at Berkshire Hills Emanuel Camp/Adult Vacation Center. A large storm was approaching, and as common practice for the camp, they shut down all electricity. The camp would usually provide patrons with candles, but on this night did not. R.A. awoke from her sleep to use the restroom, and in the darkness, tripped and fell over a rug.  As a result of her trip and fall on the bathroom rug, R.A. suffered a fracture of the left wrist.

Manhattan Woman Injured While Exiting Manhattan Restaurant Recovers Six Figure Settlement

After having dinner with friends at a well-known restaurant on Madison Avenue in the Upper West Side, M.M., an advertising account manager, suffered a trip and fall while exiting the premises. Bronx Resident Receives Significant Settlement By Her Second Attorneys After Trip and Fall On Uneven Sidewalk Covered By Leaves

The sidewalk in front of MH’s neighbor’s home was covered in leaves, which made it difficult to identify that the sidewalk was uneven. Taken by surprise, MH tripped and fell when she encountered the uneven sidewalk. After she fell, MH was transported by ambulance to Montifiore Hospital where she was diagnosed with a fractured ankle.

Trip and Fall on Defective Sidewalk In The Bronx Results in $174,000 Settlement For Bronx Resident

As he walked along the sidewalk GV unexpectedly stepped into this hole, which caused him to trip and fall to the ground. As a result of his trip and fall, GV tore his ACL, an injury that later required surgery.
