$350,000 Settlement Recovered for Senior Improperly Secured In Ambulette

While on his way to one of his regular doctor appointments, A.L. a Russian-speaking Ukrainian with a disability, was placed inside an ambulette without having his wheelchair properly belted in by the attendant. While traveling on the Verrazano Bridge, the ambulette driver attempted to avoid a collision and suddenly slammed on the brakes, causing A.L. to fly out of his seat and land against the passenger seat. At impact, A.L. fractured his leg in three places.

83 Year Old Dominican Native Receives Six Figure Settlement After Tripping Over An Unleveled Door Saddle Exiting Her Local Supermarket

E.M, an 83 year old woman from Dominican Republic, was shopping at her local supermarket with her daughter when she broke her leg exiting the supermarket. The wheels of her shopping cart and foot became caught on an improperly laid door saddle. Due to the dangerous condition, E.M. fell to the ground and knew right away something was wrong. School Bus Driver Falls Down Broken Stairs at Bus Depot and Wins $650,000 Settlement

M.J., a School Bus Driver living in the Westchester, was injured while exiting her bus depot hub to begin work for the day. As M.J. took a step down an exterior staircase, one of the steps broke, causing her to fall all the way down the remaining steps.
