New York trip and fall LawyersM.J., a School Bus Driver living in the Westchester, was injured while exiting her bus depot hub to begin work for the day. As M.J. took a step down an exterior staircase, one of the steps broke, causing her to fall all the way down the remaining steps. The fall resulted in several injuries most notably a fracture to the leg requiring surgery with instrumentation.

M.J was put in touch with Hill & Moin at the insistence of a friend, and couldn’t have been happier. She said, “My experience with Hill & Moin was great! I received all the support I needed and the staff and attorneys were always very attentive.”

With their over 70 years of combined litigation experience, Cheryl Eisberg Moin and Sandy Hill were able to present M.J with a substantial six figure settlement of $650,000 for her past and future pain and suffering in addition to her Worker’s Compensation benefits. Often workers are not limited to Worker’s Compensation payments when a third party is responsible for causing an accident, particularly when there is premises liability.
