Mexican Laborer Falls Through Stairs at Construction Site – Hill & Moin Wins $415,000 Settlement!

A.Garcia, a 41-year-old, laborer from Mexico, was doing construction on his job site when he fell through a defective temporary staircase. He unfortunately suffered serious wrist and back injuries and was unable to return to work.
