Hill & Moin, LLP negotiated a $750,000 Settlement for a 47 year old New York construction worker who was employed by a waterproofing company. The injury victim, who constructs scaffolds, fell down a defective stairway while on the job in Manhattan and underwent surgery for a broken leg. (more…)

Mexican Laborer Falls Through Stairs at Construction Site – Hill & Moin Wins $415,000 Settlement!

A.Garcia, a 41-year-old, laborer from Mexico, was doing construction on his job site when he fell through a defective temporary staircase. He unfortunately suffered serious wrist and back injuries and was unable to return to work. Soon after his accident, his good friend and a former client of Hill & Moin, LLP told him he needed the help of the firm.
