Young Working Mother Suffers Broken Elbow After a Slip and Fall on an Icy Manhattan Sidewalk and Receives $300,000 Settlement

As K.P., a legal secretary and mother of two young children, was casually walking on a New York City sidewalk enjoying her lunch break and running some errands when she slipped and fell on a sheet of ice.
