Prompt Settlement Reached for Pedestrian Struck While Crossing Street in Brooklyn

April 18th, 2013

A_gibbs_rAdrian Gibbs, a 33-year-old Brooklyn resident, was crossing the street with his 3-year-old daughter when he was hit by a vehicle making a left turn. Luckily, his daughter did not have major injuries but he suffered disc herniations in his upper back and internal derangement of his left knee, which required surgery.

His wife, a former client, referred him to Hill & Moin, LLP. This was her first choice for Mr. Gibbs after she previously had a successful case with the firm. Mr. Gibbs was “very impressed” from the first day he met with the attorneys and “was sold the day [the investigator] brought in the police report.” The consistent, clear and efficient communication with the staff and attorneys added to the “very positive experience” he had with Hill & Moin.

Mr. Gibbs was thrilled with being able to reach a settlement without ever having to testify! Because of the excellent service Hill & Moin, LLP provided, Mr. Gibbs and his wife have already recommended the firm to their friends. He is ecstatic with his award which he feels came “much faster than expected!”
