Construction Worker Injured By Falling Brace from Concrete Form

July 26th, 2017

New York Accident AttorneysPedro Gonzalez, a middle-aged construction worker, was employed through a union to work on a building foundation. Concrete was poured and Mr. Gonzalez returned the following day with his foreman and additional workers, to remove the forms used to hold the concrete in place. As Mr. Gonzalez was working along, his foreman shook a form loose, causing the bracket holding it up to fall over and hit Mr. Gonzalez. He suffered neck injuries with a herniated disc.

A friend referred Mr. Gonzalez to Hill & Moin, and he was treated like family from the beginning. Mr. Gonzalez said, “The staff and my experience were very good. Everything went great and I would refer anyone who has had a construction accident to speak with the amazing staff at Hill & Moin.”

The attorneys of Hill & Moin worked hard to be able to present Mr. Gonzalez with a substantial settlement which will cover his past and future pain and suffering.
