New York Personal Injury LawyersSusan H., a 65 year old Home Health Aide business owner, was a regular at her gym. She paid additional to have access to a private training area, where a personal trainer would assist her through workouts. On the day of her accident, Susan H. was walking through the gym when she tripped because of a pile of wires connected to treadmills near a row of stationary bikes that were blocking her walkway. As Susan H. approached the pile of wires, she saw them and attempted to step over them. Unfortunately, because they were piled so high and so haphazardly, her foot became tangled in them causing her to fall to the ground. She suffered a fractured elbow.

Thanks to a conversation with a family member, she was put in touch with Hill & Moin. The attorneys Susan described as “excellent, very efficient, thorough, warm and welcoming,” worked with her to help her earn a $350,000 settlement for her future pain and suffering. Susan went on to say, “[Hill & Moin] took the anxiety out of the situation. The attention was very individualized and personalized.”
