Hardworking Plumber of 17 years Receives $500,000 Settlement after Air Compressor Fell on Foot At Construction Site

Glenn S. worked as a plumber for 17 years. While on the job, he and a coworker were moving a 2-foot air compressor on a pallet jack. The coworker guided the pallet jack into debris which caused the compressor to fall off and onto Glenn S.’s left foot. This accident resulted in Glenn S. sustaining three fractures in his left ankle. Due to his injuries, Glenn S. was no longer able to work and had to undergo both surgery and physical therapy.
