July 9th, 2019
Glenn S. worked as a plumber for 17 years. While on the job, he and a coworker were moving a 2-foot air compressor on a pallet jack. The coworker guided the pallet jack into debris which caused the compressor to fall off and onto Glenn S.’s left foot. This accident resulted in Glenn S. sustaining three fractures in his left ankle. Due to his injuries, Glenn S. was no longer able to work and had to undergo both surgery and physical therapy.
Glenn S. found Hill & Moin’s website and was impressed with their proven results. He gave them a phone call and afterwards, Hill & Moin hit the ground running. Thanks to the experienced and hardworking attorneys at Hill & Moin, who even took his case on appeal to successfully reinstate his Labor Law claim, his case was settled for $500,000. Glenn S. was delighted to know that the long and grueling legal battle had resolved above his expectations.
Glenn S. was appreciative of the hard work and effort of Hill & Moin. He glowingly described his experience working with Hill & Moin and stated that the attorneys did a great job. Glenn S. plans to use a portion of the settlement to take a long and overdue vacation.
