45-Year-Old Dancer Who Tripped and Fell on the Way to Dance Class Receives a $200,000 Settlement

While on her way to a dance class L.M. tripped and fell over an uneven sidewalk in Midtown. L.M. sustained a hip fracture, which required extensive surgery to repair. Unable to dance, L.M knew she would need competent attorneys to fight for her compensation. That’s why L.M. contacted Hill & Moin.
