Senior Trips and Falls on Raised Cellar Door En Route Home from Coney Island Synagogue and Receives Substantial Settlement
March 23rd, 2017
R.S., an older religious Jewish man, suffered a trip and fall in the Coney Island portion of Brooklyn on his way to his home. R.S. was making his way home from the synagogue, when he tripped and fell over a raised cellar door. His left foot became caught on the raised edge of the cellar door and he immediately fell onto his knees, resulting in a torn meniscus in his right knee.
Thanks to a family member, R.S. was put in contact with Hill & Moin, who negotiated a significant settlement for his knee injury. “Hill & Moin was so great to me. They had expert experience and used it to help me along the way. I would recommend that anyone who has been injured speak with the attorneys of Hill & Moin.”
