$400,000 Settlement for N.Y. Home Attendant’s Slip and Fall on Ice

New York Slip and Fall VictimR. A., a Russian-speaking woman in Queens, had injured her back on the job in 2009 while working as a home attendant.  About a year later, as she walked to a physical therapy appointment to treat this injury, she slipped and fell on ice, fracturing her hip.  She had to get hip replacement surgery.

Retiree Struck by Car While Crossing Street Receives Settlement Beyond His Expectations

Slip and Fall in Apartment Hallway Causes Painful Ankle Injury But Hill & Moin Wins Six Figure Settlement for Russian Client
