Six Figure Settlement Reached in Trip and Fall Involving New York City Bus

Sue Anne, a Brooklyn resident, always took the city bus home on her evening commute. On this particular day, as she was exiting the bus, the driver lurched the vehicle forward causing her to fall onto broken cobblestones on the sidewalk. Sue Anne fractured her right ankle and right shoulder and was unable to work for three months.
