Uzbekistani Construction worker receives $975,000 settlement after falling from scaffold.
April 11th, 2017
On a rainy day of the summer of 2012, a 44 year old Uzbekistani construction worker was trying to board some windows and not knowing that the scaffold was wet, he slipped and fell backwards. A.S’s case was complicated because he did not seek immediate medical treatment and because as a Russian speaker, he needed attorneys who would understand the facts of the incident. Fortunately A.S was recommended to Hill & Moin, LLP attorneys who treated him as a family member.
With Russian speaking staff in the office, the first meeting with the construction accident attorneys gave him tremendous hope. The litigation brought our client a settlement amount he never expected. Now he can buy a house he was dreaming of and cover all the treatment bills.
