Sanitation Worker Well-Compensated for His Fall In A Parking Lot
November 27th, 2017
A 43 year old sanitation worker fell in a pothole on a sanitation parking lot. After the fall his co-worker drove him to the hospital. Doctors at the hospital told him that he had right knee and right shoulder injuries. J.S was afraid that he could no longer be able to work to support his young daughters, so he started looking for the best attorneys to help him pursue a personal injury claim, since as an employee with Department of Sanitation was not covered by Worker’s Compensation..
J.S is bi-lingual, so when he met with the staff members of Hill&Moin, LLP who spoke Spanish he felt at home. Communication was so easy and he freely could express himself in both English and Spanish. The attorneys at Hill&Moin in a short time were able to convince the City of New York to settle the claim without going through years of litigation. When J.S came to pick up his settlement check, he thanked the lawyers and paralegals for a great job that was done on his case. J.S exclaimed “I will always recommend Hill&Moin to my friends and family!”
