Brooklynite Receives Over a Million Dollar Settlement for Ladder Collapse

A 35 year old laborer doing duct work on a Manhattan property suffered a fall from a 10 feet A-frame ladder. The magnitude of the fall caused fractures of the thigh bone and left thumb.
