D.B., a 50 year old religious woman, was shopping for a birthday cake for her elderly mother at a supermarket in Queens. As she was exiting an aisle, a worker pushing a hand cart loaded with soda boxes, struck D.B. in her right leg, causing her to drop to the g
round and suffer a fracture and dislocation simultaneously. Following the incident, and over the next 4 years, D.B. underwent 6 repair surgeries.

New York Lawyer Seeks Assistance From Hill & Moin Following Accident With Yellow Cab

While commuting home from work on a Citibank bicycle, Brandon was the victim of a reckless yellow cab driver who was not paying proper attention while driving. As he was cycling through an intersection with the traffic light in his favor, Brandon was knocked from his bicycle and suffered serious injuries, including a non-displaced fracture of the left radial head and a displaced fracture of the right radial head. As a result of his injuries, Brandon was forced to miss time from his work and underwent treatment.
