Bronx Slip and Fall Accident Victim

J.D., a young, soft spoken, life-long Bronx resident, was descending stairs inside his apartment building on a rainy day when he slipped and fell on a puddle that formed from a leaky skylight above him. As a result of his fall, he suffered serious injury to his left shoulder that ultimately required surgery.
