25 Year Old Produce Deliveryman Receives $190,000 Settlement After Misplaced Equipment Causes a Crushed Ankle

Ronald R., a 25 year old produce deliveryman was working at the market when he tripped over unattended equipment and a power jack backed over and crushed his ankle.
Ronald R. explained how grateful he was that when he came to Hill & Moin, “it felt like family was fighting for me.” In describing the ways in which Hill & Moin battled his case for him, Ronald R. said, “it was such a great experience, everyone was so helpful and every little thing I was concerned with was addressed.” Ronald R. continued to state, “the staff was wonderful and they kept me up-to-date throughout the process.”
