28 Year Old Delivery Man Falls Off 2nd Story Terrace with No Rail and Wins $375,000 Settlement
December 8th, 2014
W.F. was attending a 4th of July party at his friend’s apartment when he fell from the 2nd story terrace where there was no railing and suffered a head injury. Fortunately for W.F. he was recommended to the Law Firm of Hill & Moin LLP.
W.F. described his entire experience as being “strenuous until I saw how Hill & Moin was handling my case. Hill & Moin showed me courteous and quality personal service every time I interacted with the office.” He went on to say “All of my questions were answered and I felt highly informed throughout the different stages of the case.”
W.F. is looking forward to a better future now that, as he said “Hill & Moin fought for every last penny for my family and for my future.” When he was asked about his plans, now that he has received settlement, he said “I plan to help my family and perhaps invest in a small business in Ecuador.”
