35 Year Old Sanitation Worker Obtains a Substantial Settlement After Tripping and Falling on a Large Defect

R. Leggett, a 35 year old City Sanitation worker was going about his usual work day when a large defect on the NYC Department of Sanitation premises caused him to fall, leading to a shoulder injury and several disc herniations. Mr. Leggett even required surgery due to this fall.
