57 Year Old Nurse Obtains Full Policy Settlement After Driver T-Bones Victim While Running a Red Light

NY Auto Accident VictimF.T., a 57 year old nurse was headed home from dinner with family when another driver went through a red light and t-boned the victim causing head trauma, a left shoulder tear, a herniated disc in her back and neck injury.

F.T. expressed what a great experience she had at Hill & Moin and stated, “as soon as I arrived at the office the staff was very welcoming and receptive.” F.T. described the chain of communication, stating, “It was great and could not have been any better.” F.T. continued to explain that, “the staff was extremely persistent and resolved in pursuing my case and even provided transportation when I needed it.”

F.T. wanted to mention that, “I would absolutely refer Hill & Moin because they did such an excellent job.” When asked about what she intends to do now, F.T. said, “Now that this matter is settled I can focus on getting stronger and recovering as best as I possibly can.”
