78 Year Old Reaches $350,000 Settlement For Trip and Fall on Sidewalk Grate

Zinayida Layevska, a Russian speaking Brooklyn resident, tripped and fell on a raised Con Edison sidewalk grate. As a result of the incident, Mrs. Layevska fractured her right hip and underwent surgery the following day.
