78 Year Old Retired Administrator Receives a $300,000 Settlement for her Fractured Hip after Tripping and Falling on a Broken Sidewalk

C.M., a 78 year Brooklyn native, accompanied her grandson to a doctor’s appointment. On her way out of the building, she tripped and fell on the raised edge of a broken piece of the sidewalk, causing her to fall onto her left side and fracture her hip.
