79 Year Old Ecuadorian Singer Suffers Wrist Fracture After Trip and Fall on Broken Queens Sidewalk and is Thankful for Settlement Without Trial
June 11th, 2018
O.E., a youthful, 79 year old Ecuadorian singer, who was injured while walking along a busy Queens sidewalk. As O.E. was headed to the Queens Center Mall, she turned to make sure no cars were entering or exiting the garage she was about to pass, she tripped and fell on a broken, crumbled sidewalk. The fall caused her to fracture her wrist.
After speaking with another attorney to get advice on how to proceed with a case, O.E. was referred to Hill & Moin for a second opinion. She trusted them and retained them to litigate her case. The attorneys worked hard for O.E. and were able to provide her with a settlement to cover her past and future pain and suffering. O.E. said “Hill & Moin attorneys are very good! I have no complaints. The staff was excellent.”
