80 Year Old Reaches Excellent Settlement After Being Struck by Falling Supermarket Stock Carts
December 20th, 2016
I.G., an 80 year old man, was taking his usual weekly walk to a nearby supermarket. Along the way, he came to an area, just outside the parking lot, where supermarket stock carts were being kept, and haphazardly chained to a street sign, with a small cement divider in front of some of them. As he attempted to walk passed these carts, and into the parking lot, one of the carts came down on his left side. The force of the impact on I.G. caused him to fall to the ground, and suffer serious injuries.
I.G. was introduced to the firm of Hill & Moin after speaking with a friend. Though I.G. had no previous experience with legal cases, he found that Hill & Moin provided “excellent service, and were always a pleasure to speak with.” The staff at Hill & Moin worked diligently on his case and resolved the case with a significant settlement for which I.G. is most grateful.
