94 Year Old Woman Suffers Trip and Fall, Wins $294,000 Settlement

F.T., born just after World War I, was a remarkable woman, living independently at 92 years of age when she tripped and fell on a broken sidewalk on Clinton Avenue in Brooklyn in 2013. She suffered a fracture of the left hip, and after surgery, she spent several weeks in a rehabilitation facility.
