Bronx Woman Who Slips and Falls on Wet Stairs Inside Her Apartment Building Receives $250,000 Settlement for Pain and Suffering

Catalina Reyes, a middle aged Bronx woman, was walking out of her apartment, to do an errand. As she began descending the stairs, she slipped and fell on water which was left behind by children playing in the hallways. The impact of her fall resulted in a fractured wrist.
