Citi Bike Cyclist Struck By Parking Cab Rides Off With Great Settlement

On a nice and cool summer day, Mr. Amengual-Terrasa had some time left to kill before reporting to work at NYU Langone Medical School. He decided to take a Citi Bike for a casual ride. While in the bike lane, a cab attempting to park struck the bicyclist. Upon realizing this, the cab driver attempted to drive off and struck two more pedestrians before hitting a wall. As a result of this accident, Mr. Amengual-Terrasa suffered a fractured heel on his left foot. He was no longer able to partake in his favorite activities including, of course, bike riding.
