Dancer Receives Hard Fought Settlement Following Sidewalk Trip And Fall Accident

While on her lunch break Ms. Berman, an avid dancer and creative writer, tripped and fell due to a significant defect on a Manhattan sidewalk. Ms. Berman suffered serious personal injuries as a result of her fall, including a torn rotator cuff that required surgery.
