Department of Sanitation Worker Trips and Falls in Hole Filled with Water at Department of Sanitation Parking Lot And Receives Settlement In Less Than A Year
December 18th, 2017
G. Hunte, a 33 year old Department of Sanitation worker suffered an injury to his right foot after tripping and falling in the Department of Sanitation parking lot. Since Department of Sanitation workers are not entitled to Workers’ Compensation he needed to retain a personal injury attorney to seek compensation for his injuries.
Within days of his accident, Mr. Hunte was given an appointment to meet with Cheryl Moin and Melisande Hill. Work on his case began right away and just a year later, Cheryl Moin and Melisande Hill were ecstatic to be able to present Mr. Hunte with a settlement for his future pain and suffering. Mr. Hunte was extremely impressed with how the staff of Hill & Moin handled his case. “From the beginning everything was great! Everyone made the process simple and easy. The staff was extremely cooperative and the attorneys were always understanding.”
