New York Pedestrian Accident AttorneysM.R., a native of the Dominican Republic, was walking across a Bronx intersection when she was struck by a livery cab. The livery cab had a red light, but continued on anyway, striking the client as she crossed the intersection.

Thanks to the help of a colleague of Hill & Moin, LLP, M.R. was put in touch with Melisande Hill and Cheryl Eisberg Moin, both featured in Super Lawyer for 2016 and 2017. The Hill & Moin staff worked diligently on her case, and were happy to be able to present her with a considerable settlement for her past and future pain and suffering.

M.R. states, “My experience was very good! The attorneys fought for my case all the way to the end. They looked after me and made sure I wasn’t left with nothing and struggling to continue to survive after my accident.”
