Family Receives Full Policy Settlement After 13 Year Old Son Is Struck By Passing Vehicle While Walking to Ice Cream Truck

D.J., a 48 year old father was devastated when his son was hit by a negligent driver who sped by an ice cream truck where children were congregating. “The ice cream truck comes by every day and my son was its best customer. I always expected passing cars to act with caution around it,” D.J. said. The child suffered a broken leg.
