Father Fractures Right Ankle While Walking Daughter To School and Receives Substantial Settlement From The City Of New York
October 20th, 2015
Nathan Freeman, a native of West Africa, loving husband, father and Bronx resident, tripped and fell on a broken New York City sidewalk, while walking his daughter to school one morning. As a result of his accident, Mr. Freeman fractured his right ankle, an injury that later required a surgical procedure. While attending months of rehabilitative therapy, Mr. Freeman turned to the Law Offices of Hill & Moin for just compensation.
Mr. Freeman could not have been happier that the attorneys at Hill & Moin were able to reach a substantial settlement in his favor. When asked about his experience with Hill & Moin, Mr. Freeman stated that they provided “excellent representation”. Mr. Freeman went on to say that both Sandy Hill and Cheryl Eisberg Moin, the managing partners, were “very responsive and very helpful” throughout the course of the litigation.
