Husband Receives Nearly Half a Million Dollars After Wife Dies from a Medical Malpractice at a Bronx City Hospital

E.R.’s wife had recently returned from the Dominican Republic and was enjoying her time reunited with her husband when she suddenly began to have trouble breathing. E.R. rushed his wife to a municipal hospital in the Bronx where the doctors failed to pay attention to the severity of her condition.
After a long time of waiting, E.R. was given the catastrophic news that his wife’s heart had stopped beating. It was later revealed that he had lost his wife to an undiagnosed embolism. Without receiving any further explanation from a doctor, E.R. was left with little to do but seek justice for the hospital’s malpractice during his wife’s medical emergency.
