Scaffolding accident

Hill & Moin LLP helps an injured carpenter recover $200,000.

F.A., a Brooklyn man, 59, was working as a carpenter on a renovation project when he fell from a rolling scaffold, sustaining injuries. An ambulance carried him to an emergency room, and, when released, F.A. had continued medical treatment and was unable to work.

He selected the attorneys at Hill & Moin LLP to protect his legal interests. The firm represented him in a lawsuit against the companies related to the renovation project, and obtained a settlement of $200,000. F.A. was thrilled with his representation. As he received his settlement check, he said: “I was very comfortable with the firm. I had no problem with them, no delays. It was very nice, and I would like to do business with the firm any other time. Any of my friends and family, I will introduce [to the firm]. I so appreciate the service with no hassle. I appreciate it very much.”
