New York Accident VictimMs. Fedrick, a long time Field Parole Officer for the New York State Department of Corrections and a loving wife, mother and grandmother, was injured in an automobile accident when her car was struck by another vehicle. As a result of the accident, Ms. Fedrick needed right knee surgery. Ms. Fedrick underwent physical therapy as a result of her injuries, as well as pain management treatment for a herniated disc in her lower spine region.

Prior to seeking help from Hill & Moin, Ms. Fedrick sought help from a different personal injury firm. In due time, Ms. Fedrick found her way to the office and Hill & Moin and now states, “that she wishes she came to Hill & Moin initially”. Ms. Fedrick claims that throughout the process she was kept “very informed”, that the staff at Hill & Moin were “very responsive and always called her back ASAP”, and that she felt that she was in “excellent hands” right from the beginning.

The attorneys at Hill & Moin, led by their managing partners and founders, Melisande Hill and Cheryl Eisberg Moin, were unyielding in their pursuit of obtaining a result that fully compensated Ms. Fedrick for her injuries and subsequent hardships. Ms. Fedrick was thrilled with the settlement that was reached and insists that she “could not have asked for her case to be handled any better” and that the assistance that she received from the attorneys and staff at Hill & Moin was “absolutely superb”.
