A.A.H., a 41 year old Guatemalan man, was on his way home from church at the Mount Kisco train stop waiting for the train near the edge of the platform. Upon hearing the train approaching, he turned his head and was hit suddenly by the train, suffering an injury to the head.

After retaining another attorney’s office which did not start a lawsuit, this Spanish-speaker was highly recommended to meet with the partners of Hill & Moin. Hill & Moin did an exhaustive investigation and fought tirelessly in Court against the railroad for A.A.H. At the conclusion of the case, the parties reached an exceptional settlement of $495,000. A.A.H said of Hill & Moin, “The staff was amazing, they always made sure that I was taken care of. When I was unable to work any longer, Hill & Moin made sure I could take care of myself.”
