New York Accident AttorneysP.A.K., a Lehman College Adjunct Lecturer, suffered a double wrist fracture after exiting her physical therapy office to meet her husband in their car. As P.A.K. was walking to the car, she tripped and fell over an elevated sidewalk flagstone, causing her to fall forward. In response to the fall, P.A.K. braced for the impact by putting her hands out in front of her, making contact with hard snow piled along the sidewalk. P.A.K. thought nothing of the fall until the pain in her wrists became severe. At the hospital, she was found to have a fracture to both of her wrists, one of which would later require surgery.

A family friend urged P.A.K. to contact Hill & Moin. P.A.K. was hesitant to move forward with her case because of previous health issues, but Hill & Moin assured her that, as long as they were unrelated to her injuries, she should not be concerned about pre-existing conditions. In the end, P.A.K. was presented with a settlement of $490,000, for her past and future pain and suffering.

They were very clear and direct. Any and all questions were answered.” –P.A.K.
