Retired NYC Architect Injured in a 3 Car Accident on the Brooklyn Queens Expressway Collects Handsome Settlement

March 2nd, 2018

M.R., a soft-spoken 71 year old retired architect for the City of New York, was injured while driving along the BQE. M.R. was trying to get around a road block caused by a stopped truck in the middle lane of the expressway, when the truck suddenly merged into his lane, hitting his vehicle and causing him to hit the expressway barrier.

As a result of his accident, M.R. suffered injuries to his neck and back, requiring physical therapy. Just 3 days after his accident, M.R., with the help of his gracious wife, got in touch with Hill & Moin to help represent him for his future pain and suffering. He wanted to make sure that the no-fault papers were properly filed. Hill & Moin worked diligently with M.R. to be able to present him with a substantial settlement for his soft tissue injuries. “The staff at Hill & Moin is very personable and helpful. The partners are amiable and they always give good advice.”
